Istari is willing to give up the Northern territory but with great incentives. Incentives that we would like are security, money, military equipment, an ally, resources, and much more that you are willing to offer. If youre nation is willing to give up such incentives; the Istari nation will still have to discuss whether or not this will pay off all the struggles and extinction of the people of Istari have done to obtain the Northern Territory.
