communique 2-3 speech

I am Mr. Brown of the institution the Grey Haven. i would like to inform you this meeting is to discuss in gentleman-like our disputes with our fellow nations. i hear that the republic is trying to acquire new land for a former terrorist organization. Honestly I dont know if that is a good idea or not. all i know is we should get a hold of everything before it takes a wrong turn and this situtation escalates.
